I have extensive experience and education in Multimedia and especially Web Technologies. I am currently the Webmaster/Multimedia Specialist for one of New York City’s largest government agencies (The Administration for Children’s Services). I work closely with Senior Management, Deputy Commissioners and The Commissioner to ensure our Internet and Intranet is up to date, informative and keeping pace with new technologies. I created and am responsible for maintaining our agencies brand along with ensuring all content is up to date and accurate. I keep up to date with on line best practices such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Integration and New Technologies e.g. Facebook, Twitter and Mobile Applications. I have also designed various sites using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Word Press, SharePoint, Expression Engine and Interwoven. Individuals can then maintain their own sections and update their sites after design implementation.

I have worked on large scale projects ranging from animating and designing for Microsoft (CBT software) to creating interactive and dynamic media for New York City Agencies. I have also worked for years as a web design consultant for New York City.

I am proficient and experienced in Custom web design and development, custom Social Media Integration, (SEO) Search Engine Optimization, working with various software applications to monitor, measure and improve websites with key metrics and benchmarking. I enjoy leading and/or working collaboratively with other teams and departments. I am an expert, proficient and experienced in program’s such as: Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop, Swift 3D, Strata Studio, Director, Poser, Bryce, After Effects, Premier, Interwoven Teamsite, Expression Engine, Wordpress, Drupal, Xerox Docushare, Strong Communication Skills and a working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS and Actionscript.
